Baggage Conveyor

Mobile BFLs are built on commercially available chassis. The PTO provides driving power to drive the boom lifting function as well as belt movement. A 3 ply roughtop continuous belt provides traction to move the loads with density as high as 200 kg/m.

Towing BFLs are suitable for regional operations as they are very economical to own and operate. A workhorse driven by Greaves Lombardini engine with hydraulic controls and easily pulled by one person, the towable conveyors are very popular with low cost airlines as well as aircraft operators for small stations. NANDAN is now developing a self propelled version of the conveyor on custom made chassis for the same utility as a chassis mounted mobile conveyor.
